Meat Free MeCampaign Design & Branding2023
The animal and meat industry is widely known to have cruel and exploitative measures in place. Putting profit margins before animal care is an all-to-familiar story within its media coverage, which although frightening has had little affect in regards to changing consumer habits.

My campaign, Meat Free Me, aims to encourage individuals to stand against the incredibly harmful industry and protect our planet by switching to a plant based diet. Combining a playful and bright aesthetic, powerful statistics, and impactful typography, the campaign targets a Gen-Z audience - a generation known to be highly concerned with climate change. This concept university project had me create a variety of assets to form a robust design system, which were then synthesised together into collateral and deliverables; including a poster series, foldable zine, tote bags, and social media graphics.

This project helped strengthen my understanding of the design principles and ideation skills, asking that we become an expert on our chosen topic through research and undergo many stages of development before reaching our final outcome.

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri and Bunurong people of the Eastern Kulin nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which I design and pay respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging. I also wish to acknowledge the Māori people of Tāmāki Makaurau in Aotearoa in which I grew up.
